I liked Snap at the start but I had to uninstall it because of two things. The first was the hyper aggressive monetization, other than having the standard fare of multiple currency's ect. there is a new season pass every two to three weeks and that really just feels gross to me. The second is a bit harder to pin point but it feels like once you get to a certain level of collection you are put into a matchmaking pool with people that have also broken that point(Felt like it changed once I got to CL ~800) and every other player I was up vs. would be CL1k or higher(you know this if they have a title under their name when you match) with cards Ive never even seen before, playing decks I cant even counter because of how much they are able to move/effect my board. Really felt like every other deck had Green/HobbGoblin along with I think It was Magneto who completely dismantles your board state.

I haven't had any crazy Green/Hobgoblin combos wreck my day yet, but I can see why that isn't fun for sure. I don't think the monetization is hyper aggressive, honestly, it exists but is extremely easy to ignore if you just want to play the game. Sure, you won't get most of the season rewards if you don't pay, but you don't need them, they're just a way to make things progress faster. I don't think I'll spend more than the season pass I got, and intend to play a bit more.

@@RulebreakerBoardgames I definitely would not try to discourage you from enjoying it, I think the tipping point for me was seeing Black Panther as part of the unlocks for the previous season pass. I think there is a good game there Im just not one for mobile games. My favorite combo has been Omega Red, Iron Man, and Onslaught. Specifically Iron Man and Onslaught, when paired together the amount of power generated is kinda nuts. I think I got almost 1k power in one game that had Onslaughts Citadel.
