Bayah to yezid was never valid since many senior Sahabis rejected him. Fighting yezid was the right thing to do. Ijtihad of Imam Hussein to resist the start of monarchy was the right thing.

Most people had alrdy given bayah to yazid, there was no need to start a rebellion after 4 months. Hussain (Ra) didn't start any war, he was invited to kufa and he wanted to give bayyah directly to yazid. It was kufa people responsible for his death who invited him and turned against him making him look like a rebellion.

@@aldenpadilla1773 Hussein RA said NO to yezid making him incompetent. Majority vote does not legitimise a wrong decision to start a monarchy. Btw, Kufians rose up against the Omayyad dynasty as they had committed. They r known as the Tawwabeen.
You r right. Hussein didn't start any war. He was innocent. Kufa had every right to invite the great leader al Hussein to their city. Why? To enjoin the right and forbid the evil.
Who said that Hussein wanted to give Bayah? He asked to be taken to yezid,s palace. He was denied. But his sister Zainab filled in for her martyred brother when she put the omayyad royal to shame for their bloody deeds.

Lmao 🤣. Nobody wants to watch kufian fantasy stories on CZcams.
Hussain (Ra) did say YES to yazid and wanted to give bayyah directly to him. His brother is the brother-in law to yazid and Muwaiya ra is a brother in-law to prohet. Yazid didn't start any monarchy just like Ali ra didn't start any monarchy after putting Hasan ra in power. Resisting Ali dynasty was the right thing to do by your logic (especially when Ali ra came to power after by rebels who assassinated uthman Ra)
We follow sahaba and scholars not fitnamakers. None of the scholars deemed yazid rule as illegitimate after Karbala incident, in fact scholars of all scholars made it very clear that going against yazid is the ultimate faithless thing you can do.
Sahih Bukhari Volume 9, Book 88, Number 227:
      Narrated Nafi’:
When the people of Medina dethroned Yazeed bin Muawiya, Ibn ‘Umar gathered his special friends and children and said, “I heard the Prophet saying, ‘A flag will be fixed for every betrayer on the Day of Resurrection,’ and we have given the oath of allegiance to this person (Yazeed) in accordance with the conditions enjoined by Allah and His Apostle and I do not know of anything more faithless than fighting a person who has been given the oath of allegiance in accordance with the conditions enjoined by Allah and His Apostle , and if ever I learn that any person among you has agreed to dethrone Yazeed, by giving the oath of allegiance (to somebody else) then there will be separation between him and me.”

      @@aldenpadilla1773 what is Lmao?
What's your evidence Hussein said Yes? If he had said yes, then yezid is guilty on 2 counts, according to your logic.
If Ali started a dynasty like muwayoyah, then it would be the right thing to resist him. History records what Ali said, "I don't advise you to appoint him or not appoint him as Caliph after me".
Alhamdulillah, Ali is to Nabi, like Haroon is to Musa.
Alhamdulillah, the Hassnain are Chiefs of All the youth in jannah.
May Allah have mercy on all the Sahabas, including those who were brutally butchered in Medina, by the psychopath.
We should certainly protest fitna makers. As you said, Hussein didn't start any war. So, obviously killer yezid was the fitna maker.
In the Damascus Omayyad mosque, at asr, 7 to 9 muazins make azan. Why? It was done by yezid after karbala. The blessed family of the Prophet gave a speech that put the "caliph" in his place. He wanted to create noise to distract audience. So he ordered a mixed up azan by several muazzins.
It's not a "stupid fairy story" like you rudely said. It's a sad story of the blessed family of the beloved Prophet OF ALLAH. PBUH. Hope you will at least respect that.
May Allah bless the entire Ummah in every place around the world, including Kufa and other than Kufa.

    Much respect for Sheikh Uthman.
Protests communicate the disagreement of the people with the policies of the government, who face periodic elections to remain in power. This is the system in our times. It gives leaders cause for thought when people feel strongly enough about something to protest. It is a practical measure in a time when political leadership is a career choice, and when people need to send a message. By discouraging protests we are encouraging people to quietly go about their daily lives instead.

    The Prophet pbuh said
The khilaafah after me in my Ummah will last for thirty years. Then there will be kingship after that.
Reported in the Musnad Imaam Ahmad, by at-Tirmidhi, Musnad Abi Ya'laa, and Ibn Hibbaan. Saheeh al-Jaami' as-Sagheer (no. 3341) declared Saheeh by Imaam al-Albaani (rahimahullaah).

  • @junaidsofi760
    @junaidsofi760 Před rokem +8

Dear Sheikh i have a few problems with your narration of the events.. each time you say Yazid didn't want bloodshed in the Ummah or He didn't want to kill members of Ahlul Bayt and the same for Ibn Ziyad.. but how do we know that their actions were intented to keep peace in the ummah and not to keep their dynasty Banu Ummayah in power. You make it look like both Yazid and Ibn Ziyad didn't want bloodshed and wanted unity in the ummah and yet don't question their intentions. What if all they wanted was to remain in power like every monarch does. And maybe that's what motivated their actions.
Also regarding Yazid having recieved bay'ah by most of the Ummah should be put under proper scrutiny. Muawiyah r.a was a King and not a Khalifa as he took the Khilafa from Hassan r.a. Khilafa never belongs to someone who craves for it. Anyway, so how do we know that the people who gave Bay'ah to Yazid in the time of Muawiyah r.a himself were not either coerced or simply didnt have any other choice. That would mean only Hussain r.a was on haqq. The logic that Yazid being the khalifa and so anyone else stirring up revolution would be a rebel including Hussain is flawed. Because the khilafah of Yazid itself is questionable.
I as a sunni do not care about Yazid. Hussain matters to me. No, Hussain wasnt starting a Fitna, he was trying to purify something that had been made impure.. the political system of Islam. He stood up to establish Khilafah on the lines of the Prophet's teachings. The same Khilafah whose restoration muslims are crying for today. Hussain r.a stood for haqq.

Sheikh Abdallah S. Farsi says, on page 41, that one year after the invasion of Madina, Macca, too, was invaded. “Yazid’s army massacred many people and demolished Al Kaaba...” Here, too, Sheikh Abdallah’s narration is understated, though others have been more forthright. For instance, the same Ibn Kathir, on page 225, says that Yazid’s army “pelted Al Kaba with stones through the use of catapults and attacked it even with fire balls till its walls were set ablaze.” In Shadharaatudh Dhahab, Chapter Three, page 72, Ibnul Imaad Al Hanbali says that so much fire was used that “the entire building (Al Kaba) collapsed.”
This is what was meted out to “The House of Allah” which, according to the Holy Quran (Ch. 3: v 97), is a place where security is guaranteed to any one entering there, seeking refuge. This security was eliminated by Yazid. And this Yazid is the Amirul Mu’minin of the Wahabis who advocate that all Muslims, too, must view him as such! Subhaanallah!
In a nutshell, these are the evil deeds of Yazid. Let alone Amirul Mu’minin, would even a common Muslim dare commit such actions? Certainly not; then how come Yazid did so?
To address this question, it is essential to know what kind of a person Yazid was. Allah willing, we shall do that in our next chapter by quoting from the books of various Muslim scholars of high repute (none of whom is a Shia).
This Yazid is the same you’re calling RADI ALLAHOU ANHU (RA) he goes an blows up and attacks god’s house and god is going to be pleased with him? You better be kidding me 🤣

2- They are not kaffirs, but It doesn't mean they were all noble people, as testified, in the Quran, in Surat Al Munafiqun.
3- Mukhtar may have had political interests, and he may have taken some things too far, but he avenged on what happened in Karbala, did he not? Even some of our Imams tak highly of him.
4- Muawiyah rebelled against the rightful Khalifa (as) did he not?
He had Abu Bakrs son, Muhammad ibn Abu Bakr (ra), who Imam Ali (as) appointed as governor of Egypt, murdered, as part of campaign to seize control of Egypt.
He launched raids into the rightful Islamic state, massacring innocent people, muslims and zimmis.
He usurped power from Imam Hasan (as) by force.

On one hand you claim to love Ali (as) and call him a rightly guided Khalifa. One the other you refuse to condemn his enemy, an open rebel.
How can you be so apologetic towards someone who fought and conspired to take the khalifate away from Imam Hasan (as), your own Prophet's (pbuh) grandson?

Please be honest in the site of the Almighty ALLAH.
When S Aisha R ask muawiya why he gave the ghilafat to his son yazied after he promised he wont give it to his family before he became the ghalifa.
Muawiya responce to S Aisha R was that it was an instruction of the Almighty ALLAH to him in a dream.
    Astagafierullah
    Yaa Allah.
On this alone i ask the question in the name of the Almighty ALLAH how truthful was Muawiya.

Wow. How he goes out of his way to whitewash the actions of the filthy Yazid. I'm not sure how to put this in a subtle manner... but it must be said. You really should go question your mother on her actions that have resulted in your heart and mind being so distorted and far from the truth and Haqq. May you be raised with Yazid when the hour comes...
