Ibn Abbas reported: I was playing with children that Allah's Messenger ( ‌صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم ‌ ) happened to pass by (us). I hid myself behind the door. He (the Prophet) came and patted my shoulders and said: Go and call Mu'awiya. I returned and said: He is busy in taking food. He again asked me to go and call Mu'awiya to him. I went (and came back) and said that he was busy in taking food, whereupon he said: May Allah not fill his belly! Ibn Muthanna, said: I asked Umm Umayya what he meant by the word Hatani. Mawiyah was murdering innocent muslims & robbing innocent Muslim
      Sahih Muslim 4776
It has been narrated on the authority of 'Abd al-Rahman b. Abd Rabb al-Ka'ba who said: I entered the mosque when 'Abdullah b. 'Amr b. al-'As was sitting in the shade of the Ka'ba and the people had gathered around him. I betook myself to them and sat near him. (Now) Abdullah said: I accompanied the Messenger of Allah ( ‌صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم ‌ ) on a journey. We halted at a place. Some of us began to set right their tents, others began to compete with one another in shooting, and others began to graze their beasts, when an announcer of the Messenger of Allah ( ‌صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم ‌ ) announced that the people should gather together for prayer, so we gathered around the Messenger of Allah ( ‌صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم ‌ ). He said: It was the duty of every Prophet that has gone before me to guide his followers to what he knew was good for them and warn them against what he knew was bad for them; but this Umma of yours has its days of peace and (security) in the beginning of its career, and in the last phase of its existence it will be afflicted with trials and with things disagreeable to you. (In this phase of the Umma), there will be tremendous trials one after the other, each making the previous one dwindle into insignificance. When they would be afflicted with a trial, the believer would say: This is going to bring about my destruction. When at (the trial) is over, they would be afflicted with another trial, and the believer would say: This surely is going to be my end. Whoever wishes to be delivered from the fire and enter the garden should die with faith in Allah and the Last Day and should treat the people as he wishes to be treated by them. He who swears allegiance to a Caliph should give him the piedge of his hand and the sincerity of his heart (i. e. submit to him both outwardly as well as inwardly). He should obey him to the best of his capacity. It another man comes forward (as a claimant to Caliphate), disputing his authority, they (the Muslims) should behead the latter. The narrator says: I came close to him ('Abdullah b. 'Amr b. al-'As) and said to him: Can you say on oath that you heard it from the Messenger of Allah ( ‌صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم ‌ )? He pointed with his hands to his ears and his heart and said: My ears heard it and my mind retained it. I said to him: This cousin of yours, Mu'awiya, orders us to unjustly consume our wealth among ourselves and to kill one another, while Allah says: O ye who believe, do not consume your wealth among yourselves unjustly, unless it be trade based on mutual agreement, and do not kill yourselves. Verily, God is Merciful to you (iv. 29). The narrator says that (hearing this) Abdullah b. 'Amr b. al-As kept quiet for a while and then said: Obey him in so far as he is obedient to God; and diqobey him in matters involving disobedience to God.

@Baang E Dara 1st shia in Muslim ummat Mawiyah bin sufiyan who abused khalifa Rashid Maula Ali (as) 60 years after his shahadat in religious/political gathering,
      sahih Muslim 6229
Sahl b. Sa`d reported that a person from the offspring of Marwan was appointed as the governor of Medina. He called Sahl b. Sa`d and ordered him to abuse `Ali. Sahl refused to do that. He (the governor) said to him: If you do not agree to it (at least) say: May Allah curse Abu Turab. Sahl said: There was no name dearer to `Ali than Abu Turab (for it was given to him by the Prophet himself) and he felt delighted when he was called by this name. He (the governor) said to him: Narrate to us the story of his being named as Abu Turab. He said: Allah's Messenger ( ‌صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم ‌ ) came to the house of Fatima and he did not find `Ali in the house; whereupon he said: Where is your uncle's son? She said: (There cropped up something) between me and him which had annoyed him with me. He went out and did not rest here. Allah's Messenger ( ‌صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم ‌ ) asked a person to find out where he was. He came and said: Allah's Messenger, he is sleeping in the mosque. Allah's Messenger ( ‌صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم ‌ ) came to him and found him lying in the mosque and saw that his mantle had slipped from his back and his back was covered with dust and Allah's Messenger ( ‌صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم ‌ ) began to wipe it away from him (from the body of Hadrat `Ali) saying: Get up, covered with dust (Abu Turab); get up, covered with dust.

@Aziz Ahmad I appreciate the fact that you are asking questions without abusing and cursing. This is the right attitude , If you have any further questions regarding this you can ask , I would do my best to answer in light of quran and hadith.
Now , you must know that the hypocrites we know by name is only Abdullah bin Ubbay , but point to note is that even he was addressed as companion by the prophet. The reason is companion means a person who accompanies , it does not mean a person is good or bad.
If we do not know what were the names of hypocrites , it can be anyone except about whom Paradise has been promised , which are evident from hadith.
Next part of your question was prophet trusted Muawiyah. I do not know from where you got this. I will give just one example , when Umar RA was about to die he made a committee of six people ( ashra Mubashra companions ) and said they will chose. He also said that these are the people with whom prophet was pleased till death. Unfortunately Muawiyah was not in there
So , saying prophet trusted Muawiyah is an exaggeration. If we look into hadith we have about Muawiyah in authentic books , its all negative.
So , I never said that you trust me , I say you trust the hadith books. If you want reference I will provide , you can check yourself.

Maloon Marwan bin hakkam governor of The Firoon Mawiyah bin Hinda lanati ordered that son of the 1st Khalifa of Islam Imam Abu Bakar (ra) be arrested till he ran inside Ammi Ayesha(as) hujra to save his life on that Maloon Marwanbin hakkam put a lie on the familyof Abu Bakkar as follows 😂😂
      Sahih Bukhari Hadith No. 4827
Narrated Yusuf bin Mahak: Marwan had been appointed as the governor of Hijaz by Muawiya. He delivered a sermon and mentioned Yazid bin Muawiya so that the people might take the oath of allegiance to him as the successor of his father (Muawiya). Then `Abdur Rahman bin Abu Bakr told him something whereupon Marwan ordered that he be arrested. But `Abdur-Rahman entered `Aisha's house and they could not arrest him. Marwan said, It is he (`AbdurRahman) about whom Allah revealed this Verse:-- 'And the one who says to his parents: 'Fie on you! Do you hold out the promise to me..?' On that, `Aisha said from behind a screen, Allah did not reveal anything from the Qur'an about us except what was connected with the declaration of my innocence (of the slander).

He has prepared for them Gardens beneath which rivers flow; therein they will abide forever. That is the supreme triumph.

[9:101] As for the bedouin Arabs around you, some are hypocrites; and so are some of the people of Madinah who have become inured to hypocrisy. You do not know them, but We know them.97 We will inflict double chastisement on them,98 and then they shall be returned to an awesome suffering.
      97. They had become so expert in the art of hiding their hypocrisy that even the Prophet (peace be upon him) could not recognize them, though he possessed immense sagacity and insight into human nature; so Allah informed him about them.
      98. This double chastisement will be the loss of their worldly advantages and the victory of the Islamic mission in the teeth of their opposition. Thus one chastisement shall be the loss of their worldly benefits for which they practiced deceptions and adopted hypocritical attitudes, and instead of gaining wealth, honor and prestige they shall meet with disgrace and utter failure. The second chastisement will be in the shape of the victory of the Islamic mission to defeat which they exerted their utmost by their machinations and plots. But the Islamic mission will come out successful in the teeth of their evil wishes, desires, intentions and vicious efforts and they themselves shall witness its victory to their utter despair, regret, grief and sorrow.

When he saw them, he came up to them and sat down with his legs drawn up and wrapped in his garment and said, (During the construction of the mosque of the Prophet) we carried the adobe of the mosque, one brick at a time while `Ammar used to carry two at a time. The Prophet passed by `Ammar and removed the dust off his head and said, May Allah be merciful to `Ammar. The fitna was a decree from Allah and happened among the sahaba, the best of people. Some of those promised Jannah were not even on the side of Ali ra.
During the battle of Siffin, everyone knew about the prophecy regarding Ammar r.a. Both groups of Sahaba would ran away from him and nobody dared to touch him. You have to understand that among the parties, on both sides of Muawiyah and Ali were the evil kharijites who kiIIed Uthman r.a. They were hidden in the ranks of both armies and wanted nothing but for everyone to fight so that they would not be discovered and executed. Whenever the two armies seemed like they'd reconcile peacefully, the kharijites hypocrites stoked the fires. It was those people who, after seeing the Sahaba running away from Ammar in the battlefield, they went and kiIIed him so that it may seem like the army of Muawiyah did it. The kharijites were the agents of the fitna that befell the Sahaba. It later became very clear.

I do not know how people like you have the audacity to sit on mimbars and speak lies and misguide people. If you know that Muawiyah's character is not good better ignore the topic rather than lie.
You say many sunnis have sad bad about Muawiyah, by accepting weak traditions, but anyone who has an iota of hadeeth knowledge will see that the hadeeth which you claim are praising Muawiyah are weak.
Take for example the Hadi Mahdi hadeeth, the main narrator Abdul Rehman Umaira being a companion is not proved. Al Bani could not prove it , if he did show me where he proved his companionship? Have you read siyar of Dhahabi , he says that hadeeth is disconnected because of this.
Apart from the narration , the text of the hadeeth is also important. This is a dua , it is not a matter of unseen. Prophet made dua with same words for Mushriks. Majority of Muhaddith including Imam Hajr wrote Muawiyah had NO virtues. Were they all wrong ?

Firstly the disputes of companions is not our concern, is your opinion , because you have started worshiping them , now it hurts your self-made aqeedah.
If disputes are not our concern, why did the muhaddith write them, were they not aware of your aqeedah or were they all Rawafidh ?
Again you say that they companions have gone and meet Allah swt , so what ? Every one has gone and meet , even Mirza Ghulam Ahmed , so why you curse him ? Is that your concern?
And by the way Muawiyah was a Tulaqa , do you understand what is the difference betweeen tulaqa and companion ? If you do not know , kindly ask a local Moulvi and then come here to debate.
