- NASA's Artemis 1 Space Launch System rocket rolled to Launch Complex 39B on March 17-18, 2022, in advanced of a planned countdown and fueling test called the "wet dress rehearsal." This test is slated for early April.
Artemis 1 is set to launch an uncrewed Orion spacecraft around the Moon no earlier than June 2022.
The voiceover was from a speech given by NASA Administrator Bill Nelson shortly after SLS began its rollout process from the Vehicle Assembly Building's High Bay 3.

Why did this guy sound slightly like Bill Clinton and/or Joe Biden?
I can hear some of the similarities, now that you mention it. The speaker is NASA Administrator Bill Nelson. It's from a speech he gave during rollout on March 17.
