    Thanks for this Adam. I am intending to add mini bands into my routine . It's seems to be an underestimated area of training. Anyone I've seen online has incredible definition to already well formed muscle groups. I respect the time you put into the making of this video. I'll keep an eye out for more of your work. peace.

      Lizbeth Reyes that's awesome you're welcome. There's so many variations. I usually pick 3-5 that are going to help my workout for that day. Enjoy!
