3 Key Areas to Consider when Investing in Health / Training Programs
3️⃣ Key Areas to Consider when Choosing where to invest your dollars for effective athletic development 👇👇👇
1) How long has the facility been around and what kind of relationships do they have with their clients? New doesn't mean bad, but often isn't as proven as other facilities, and listen closely to what other folks are saying.
2) What's does their approach look like? Do they take a minimalist approach just focusing on a workout, or is there a holistic faceted approach and program to develop the entire athlete considering what they do both in, and beyond the gym?
3) What kind of results do athletes get year over year? Are they so so / hit or miss... or is there consistent and truly translatable results to improved performance in game play versus just bigger numbers in the gym but no real transfer to game play performance or overall health markers?
And if dollars alone are your determining factor, at least consider the return on investment (ROI). If there isn't a clear and tangible return on the dollars invested, you might just be wasting that money and risking your child's health instead of guaranteeing their health and athletic development!!

LETS GO!!!!
Is it just going faster and faster? Is there feature to retain speed?
Its not motorized, it moves as you move
It's powered by movement. You stop moving by grabbing the handles on the side and putting your feet on the sides. It's for sprinting, not jogging
he would have done a lot of practice. you just practice speeding up and slowing down a bunch of times. just a skill you develop
Great bit of kit 👌🏻
It’s like a hamster wheel for people 😅
I wish i was that table
Just another stupid exercise dangerously
Can you do the same thing on the incline press bar sitting down
Yep sure can on the incline machine (not a free bar though). But we don't have one of those machines at ALP. This Viking Press variation also hits the core and more stabilizer muscles compared to a fixed machine version.
Great practice!

love from Pakistan
Thanks for this Adam. I am intending to add mini bands into my routine . It's seems to be an underestimated area of training. Anyone I've seen online has incredible definition to already well formed muscle groups. I respect the time you put into the making of this video. I'll keep an eye out for more of your work. peace.
New location but the quality ALP brings to the table will keep the ball rolling.. Just get through Covid and you'll be back stronger than ever ..
Thanks Brother! Excited for the future regardless what Covid brings this winter. People need their health now more than ever before and we'll need to perform at higher levels to beat Covid as a society. I'm grateful to get to help adults and athletes achieve this potential that's always been right there in them - just hope I get to keep doing it this winter!
nice... 💙 I'm kurdish
This is all I do for my workouts. Works everything
What counts as 1 rep?
If the workout calls for "8Each" then you count reps per arm... if it calls for '12' or 16' then you typically break that down to 6E or 8E and count accordingly. Hope this helps :)
👏👏
dude, seen both wide & medium grip;which is better?!
Both are good.. wide grip for working on widening out your lats and close is good for lifting a little heavier and adding some thickness. Big fan of doing this with the rope attachment (or even using strength bands!)
Great production on this video Adam, I've seen this guys instagram..he's the real deal for sure 👍🏼
Thanks, needed this demonstration
You're welcome!! Glad it helped!!
Living the dream brother, helping others achieve theirs at the same time. 💯✌🏼
Thanks Man! Gotta say I'm pretty grateful to do what I get to do!!
Adam Lloyd you earned it homie 👏👊🏻
Quality uploads, helping me improve. Thanks adam ✌
aceleration?
Not trying to work on acceleration here - just changing direction efficiently. Still working through a torn right calve muscle that caused a big hip problem so there's no acceleration happening for me just yet lol
Love it. Keep em' coming Adam ✌🏼
Wooow I will try this for my new routine, thank you
Lizbeth Reyes that's awesome you're welcome. There's so many variations. I usually pick 3-5 that are going to help my workout for that day. Enjoy!
Adam Lloyd how many reps of each exercise? Thank you.
Generally 6-8 reps each exercise
Adam Lloyd thank you
Man, that was beautiful.
