Joe will always be an MMA stan. Sparring is the only thing that makes an MMA training camp dangerous. Try American football or Boxing and you’ll see why both those sports have a higher risk of chronic injuries than MMA.
What are u getting at? U actually ignorant enough to compare the injuries u get from football to mma? And you saying “ONLY” the sparring is dangerous in a fight camp lets me know u have never been in a combat sport in your life. We got Mr badass here who can fight a hour plus easy without even stretching first while smoking cigarettes eating fatcakes 24/7
Football because it’s just tackling people head on for a lot of them, that’s ofc the fastest way to hurt yourself, but even still, football players put a fraction of the effort in for their team most of the time, and they only play their role when needed. Most of them sit out a ton otherwise. In mma it’s you and only you, in boxing it’s the same, but it’s is only punching. In mma you can get kicked straight to the rib cage or legs for 25 minutes and have to shake it off, because you won’t get a 10 count to reset and gather yourself, you’ll get tko’d
It was, to an extent. Sean talked about how durable chito was though and how repeatedly hitting the same spot fucked his limbs up some, you’d be surprised lol. people forget the skull is one of the densest bones, and chitos head is made of wood.
@@jacobjohnson9245 Reminds me of Rockhold and Whittaker saying kicking Yoel Romero is like kicking cement. Some people have denser bones, they hurt you almost as much as you hurt them.
Imagine not only being in pain in your head and core, but also all down your legs from constant kicks. UFC definitely has more injuries by far they get their legs broken, their body parts hipper extended and way more cuts, but the higher amount of brain damage in boxing is what makes it more dangerous. Boxing is not as physically demanding in most cases as MMA.

@@CamerannoFNexactly. Children play full football games. Every boy has played a match of football. It’s tiring but you can slow down and take breaks, plus you’re not getting your ass kicked
Please don't compare a game like football to fighting. They're not even in the same league. Running around with a ball and crying for mommy everytime someone brushes past your leg really doesn't compare to any form of professional fighting.
In a fight you need to be 100% attentive or you can get injured for life or worse, not like that in football. 1-2 fights per year just proves its that difficult, you really think fighters wouldn't make millions of more dollars of they could physically fight more per year?😂 cmon man
bareknuckle fighters get more fights than UFC fighters and get more injured. we are talking about physical usage of a person.. And professional footballers Sprint almost every minute🤷🏻 . and it’s very very bad for the heart and there are many victims of it. many heart attacks occur and some of them are critical. you don’t expect fighter to just die by his own out . do you? . there are players who just pass out and die on the field. if you don’t appreciate Football and it’s players than you have no understanding of cardio. yes fighting is hard no doubt. now try running and sprinting for 90+ minuted and sometimes 130+ minutes . and break is only 15 minutes between halfs.. that’s it. no timeouts like in Fighting. and in fighting you can also use wrestling and grappling which will be safer than boxing or bare knuckle. so ufc fighters mostly are safe.. it’s crazy how you Americans don’t understand this simplest thing. also didn’t mention that there are many injuries that end careers of players .. it’s crazy how you guys made 0 research and are arguing out of stereotypes.. crazy.
