Dave Dowling says we can plant 3 seeds per plug/cell and plant 6” apart. Just don’t pinch. If you plant to pinch, that’s when you can just have one plant per plug/cell.

Will those snapdragon cuttings form roots in water, before planting in see trays?
Ok, I’ll answer my own question: I snipped some about 10 days ago and one has roots, so the other 15 must not be far behind.
What soil do you start your seed in & what soil do you up pot into?
My favorite seed starting mix is the burpee brand, but this year I have the Promix Bx. When i pot them up I just use whatever potting soil I can get at the time
Do you need to pinch violas?
I think pinching those are ok? I would think it would make the plant branch out
What size are the cells?
It’s a 72 cell tray

I’m getting soooooo discouraged. My seedlings keep dampening off. 😢🪻💚🙃
Let them dry out before watering again. They do not like to be wet. Gardening is such a trial and error. Don’t get discouraged.😊
A layer of vermiculite can help. Also 100% need air movement
Oh no I’m so sorry! I had that happen last year. Definitely don’t keep them wet all the time
