I had my tonsils out after suffering with tonsillitis for years. Recovery was not easy, because I was an adult; but that surgery made my life - and health - so much better. I hope it will for your daughter, too.

The weed you pulled out at 1:08 is Lambs Quarters, a great substitute for spinach! Very nutrient rich, I leave some in my garden every year and use the leaves in omelettes! Best when young earlier in the season, if you cut the stem above a set of leaves, it will branch and grow more stems, like flowering annuals.

It’s so exciting to see all of those ranunculus buds coming on, especially since I know you’ve had a couple seasons of disappointments/timing issues with it. Yay!!!

The anemone that you said were almost there, I actually would harvest at that stage. They last longer. I harvest when the flower bud isn’t open yet and they last much longer than what everyone else says

I know that weed, it’s edible.. I can’t think of the name right now (it’s on the tip of my tongue!!) but when I do I’ll let you know😅

      Lambs quarters!!!
It’s an annual, so as long as it doesn’t reseed itself, just keep pulling them out and you’ll get on to
      Of it.
