I seriously don’t understand the “Try not to sing challenges”. I mean, I get the try not to laugh challenges because laughing is involuntary. Singing isn’t. It’s like having a “Try not to walk in a circle challenge”. “Oh man! I can’t be leave I just did that! I didn’t even notice me getting up and walking around” is just as weird to me as saying “Oh man! I can’t believe I just did that! I didn’t even notice me start to sing!”
imagine trying to get someone to accidentally walk in a circle -- ask them for a series of tasks or items which just so happen to take them in a circle around a room / city -- haha so funny
Also, the try not to get angry challenge or whatever is pretty cringe. These teenagers saying they have OCD because they don't like watching someone bite into a kit kat instead of breaking it off

Fine Bros. is popular for the same reason that watchmojo or screenrant is popular: They pump out so many videos with compelling titles that pretty much everyone has seen at least one of their videos. So even if their content isn't good enough to keep most people hooked for more than a few videos they are able to stay afloat simply by following trends and getting into people's recommended.

I watched it when kids react was the only thing they had, back when I was a kid. Then I watched teens react when they announced it. Stopped watching and next time I looked, they got kids, teens, adults, college kids, parents, elders, and so forth. Obviously just milking the fuck they can out of the format.
I think the whole react theme just shows how isolated we all are, because watching reaction videos is kind of a placeholder for watching videos with your friends and you discuss and enjoy it together - but we don't have anyone sitting there with us anymore, so we get these people to react for us (or for our friends) so we feel less lonely. It's like the millenial generation having Friends reruns uninterrupted in the background so we feel like we are with others in our cold little lonely room.

I only ever watched Kids React or Elders React, since their reactions are unique and genuine, they're seeing the stuff for the first time, and the reactions are neat to see. I rarely, if ever, watch Teens React, Adults React, or Young Adults react. If I want that, I'd just look up an ordinary reaction video on CZcams.
Way back when it was just Kids React, it was actually fantastic! Remember this is when CZcams viral videos were at their peak, so unflitered reactions of young kids was really funny. They soon added Teens React which was still solid. Honestly though, they probably shouldn've quit there, and then stopped when videos were supplanted by still memes. But that's just my take

Well, the real downfall was trying to copyright "React" and saying they'd sue anyone who used it unaffiliated with Fine Bros. "brand". Everything after that was pretty much just damage control, and their content just became so bland.

I'm sure when they first started doing the idea, it felt at least a little fresher than it did now, at least it did for me; especially, though this may be down to opinion, how they started introducing different types of the videos with different demographics surrounding each one. These days, of course, it's been seen and done, and there's really nothing you can do to spice up the concept short of something absurd that the CZcams algorithm's ruthless and bleached efficiency will simply not allow for anymore.

I think the whole react theme just shows how isolated we all are, because watching reaction videos is kind of a placeholder for watching videos with your friends and you discuss and enjoy it together - but we don't have anyone sitting there with us anymore, so we get these people to react for us (or for our friends) so we feel less lonely. It's like the millenial generation having Friends reruns uninterrupted in the background so we feel like we are with others in our cold little lonely room.

I only ever watched Kids React or Elders React, since their reactions are unique and genuine, they're seeing the stuff for the first time, and the reactions are neat to see. I rarely, if ever, watch Teens React, Adults React, or Young Adults react. If I want that, I'd just look up an ordinary reaction video on CZcams.

Way back when it was just Kids React, it was actually fantastic! Remember this is when CZcams viral videos were at their peak, so unflitered reactions of young kids was really funny. They soon added Teens React which was still solid. Honestly though, they probably shouldn've quit there, and then stopped when videos were supplanted by still memes. But that's just my take
