    THANKS TO AUDI SOUTH COAST!
    The 2019 Audi A8 is an excellent new luxury sedan -- and today Doug is reviewing the 2019 Audi A8 to show you why it's so great. He is taking an in-depth look at the new A8 and he is driving the Audi A8 in a comprehensive review.

    So quick story, this video was uploaded on doug's main channel about 3-4 years ago, and as mentioned in the video, it was an EU spec a8. Everything went well as usual until one day audi took the video down. One day a redditor on r/cars made a post saying why is the a8 video missing. Another redditor replied saying audi took it down, then doug responded to the other redditor with a mini rant (www.reddit.com/r/cars/comment.... The russian dub version of this review is still up, but the fans of doug were wondering what happend to the english version. So I decided to search up if the english version was still up in other platforms, and suprisingly dailymotion had the english version still up. So I figured a way out to download videos from dailymotion and decided to upload it here.
    Side Note: Doug thankfully managed to redo the entire review with the audi s8, plus it was an US spec s8 (so no worries about copyright strikes), so it is kinda pointless to reupload this review, considering that he redid it with the s8, but I decided to upload this regardless because their are some doug fans are still curious about what happend to this review.

      of course it's COE's fault. In Singapore, people are encouraged to walk or to take public transportation because Singapore is tiny but it is a rich country. So to prevent traffic jams there, it is only a solution to control or limit car ownership. But I agree with that

    • @turnne
      @turnne Před rokem

      @@lamontwaters510 There are a couple of " gotchas" with buying an extended warranty on a car like this. If its not factory the warranty will not cover many of the parts on cars these complicated. For instance some of them expressly will not cover any components of the laser cruise control. On this car the sensors can be $4000 ( each side). If you buy a CPO car depending on the time you bought it...if early in its life you still have the depreciation to deal with...if later you probably only have a couple of years of available warranty and then the repairs are on you
      Bottom line..there is no free lunch

  • @rolandgonzales3343

    Putting mechanical and electrical complexity into something so vital and necessary as air vents isn't great. There are parts of the world where you can die in a car without air conditioning but Audi is projecting it's not concerned about the health and safety of owners which is out of step with so much else on the car. This is from a car company known for reliability problems - VW. The hubris in this design is honestly creepy.

      I often see people, ridicule, technology, and while it’s true. The simpler things are the less likely things will break however, if all engineers thought that way, we would not push the envelope in the progression of mankind. There’s always a chance something can go wrong, but then again who needs a $100,000 car? That’s a choice. If someone wants something simple, you can buy a strip down Honda accord or civic or something of that sort.

    These cars have about 50 different modules and are plagued with problems from brand new. Even the dealership can't repair these vehicles. Problems with water intrusion and leaks, transmission problems, you're lucky if this car makes it to 100K miles.
