I found out that the owner's manual says that you can use regular gas, that's a huge boon. Good job, Audi! This car suddenly became even more desirable.

The interior is very nice but the exterior of this A8 is bland and subdued in my opinion. It doesn’t visually excite you from the exterior.

@@dertyp4168 I hope you are right. The S8 is an awesome beast but the backseat is impossible for adults, only suitable for small children and packages. I would find an A8L with 450hp more acceptable unless they have a 600+hp variant coming out. W12 would be awesome.

Wonder if they are still using the rear screen glass which delaminates like on my six year old D4 and my previous D3 before that. Needless to say Audi refuse any claim for replacement, I believe they consider the glass failure normal wear and tear lol. Make sure you check or get rid before warranty expires. Also paint wears off the leading edge of the doors at the bottom. Oh and I need a new mmi screen as the original takes 15 minutes to come on. Also my problem apparently. Not great for a so-called flagship model.
All features are so good until stop working.

Audi is the only one killing their 12 cylinder engines and that's a mistake. Luxury is nothing without epic commanding power. 600 hp or more is required in 2018.
Uhhhhh what? Luxury is luxury. Why do I need 600hp if I just want to waft nice and quietly down the road. If I want fast, there are other cars. And lets face it, if you are looking at one of these, its not going to be your only vehicle.
Also, 12 cyl engines are a waste of weight in most cars. The power/weight difference in most applications is simply not worth it. Look at things like the Volvo S90. 318hp out of a 2.0L 4cyl. Mate the same compound charger system with a 3.5l V6 and imagine the result. You could concievably put down 600hp from a v6 no problem with the right internals and tune. No need for a 900lb 7.5L V12. Shed the weight, keep the power and you get more speed in the end anyway.
If you can't handle the power, don't buy it. It's not for you. There are weaker engines available.
There's no comparison with the 12 cylinder experience and a turbo + supercharged 4 or 6 cylinder. That's why Rolls Royce, Bently, Mercedes, BMW, Ferrari and Audi use them.

Very beautiful and elegant from all angles. Honda tried to copy Audi with their ugly duckling Accord for 2018 but they failed miserably. 🤮🤢🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮
