The model for this home is the "Mindy II." This home has 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and has roughly 399 square foot. Let me know what you think about the video! We have seen the mobile home business come such a long way. In the old days most people referred to mobile homes as a trailer house. However some of the manufactured homes we carry are far from “trailer houses.”

Even though the home is 399sqft, it’s larger and better equipped than my efficiency apartment. I could easily live in this home. The kitchen counter space is phenomenal. Nice job, Chance!

Love this. Much roomier kitchen than I expected, and those are my favorite countertops. Love that porch. Great tour, Chance, thank you. I watch 38 channels and none of them do shorts. One cooking one tried and quit. So I say, if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it. You do just fine!
I want one of these tiny houses
Instead of paying such a high price, go buy a used 5th wheel or camper trailer and gut it out, add your own touch in there, check with yard sales that have nice things or you can fix it up for you or sell it, repaint the inside and outside.. we just found trailer and we are going to change it completely, I can't wait

I like this one alot. I would put a grill on the deck by the kitchen especially if the windows open completely to pass things full.
Love this channel. I work for a Credit Union that specializes in Manufacturing Housing as an Underwriter. Love the new maxed out option and finishes small, tiny homes. Love when they have a fire place. Keep up the variety 😁😁😁
That would be the perfect size tiny house to setup to live in on a big piece of property while you're getting everything ready for a nice big triple-wide to be set up or just a really big house.

A good video to catch just before heading to bed. It would be great for a shower tub combo. Love the porch and the amount of cooking space fitted into a small space. Hey, Chance can you keep an eye out for homes in the 600-1000 square feet range?

This is an adorable, comfortable looking little house! Lots of light indoors from all those windows. I love how they laid out the kitchen. There is a lot of countertop space and full sized appliances. I really like having a little spot for a small dining table, too.

Try discussing options for modular and mobile homes. Difference in cost with different countertops, ways to save and still have an awesome modular!, or do a cost comparison based on area of nthe country. Good luck with the shorts.

Chance, can you also talk about the differences between mobile, manufactured and modular homes? So much confusion out there! Especially with pricing differences between them. This might help people understand why a triple wide modular home (especially custom built) can be priced at $250-300K and more. Thank you!

Hi! I loved this cute little place. It would be like living in a one bedroom apartment, which I did years ago with two little boys. People do fine in small apartments and this would be your own. So you could have pets or whatever you wanted. It seems like a lot of money, but a little apartment costs over $1000/mo and you’ll never own it. Maybe for your shorts, you could show Cullen doing funny or cute little boy things! He’s so adorable, people would probably enjoy the spots.
Cute for a vacation cabin but I couldn't live in it full time. I do love the big porch size and can see it overlooking a lake.

I know right where you are at Chance! My in-laws used to live up the road from Nampa. I recently moved back home to Mississippi from Washington state and hope to purchase some acreage in the next year or two. My plan is to put 3 to 4 dwellings on it so that both my boys (& their families), my mom and I can all have separate homes on the property. That way we can be there for each other, visit as often as we like but still have our own place to go to and get away when needed. Who knows, maybe this will spur them to move back home! LOL
This tiny home is cute home but a little pricey for the square footage and I was a little disappointed at how loud the road noise was once you were inside. Thank you Chance for all your wonderful videos. I really do enjoy watching them. They have given me lots of ideas and shown me things I want in a home that I didn’t think about before. I LOVE LOVE THIS HOUSE!!!!! Love the color of the wood cabinets, the butcher block counter tops, the porch, everything. I could go tiny for sure!!!! I'm getting too old to care for my home alone!!!! And it doesn't have a loft which I don't like at all!!!! Thank you for showing this one. It made me happy!!!

They open it outwards because the room is so small it would open against the entertainment center.
