This prefab house also has several different options and can be built as a manufactured or modular home! The manufacturer for this house is Franklin Homes. Thanks for doing these video tours. You are helping to rebrand manufactured homes that desperately need showcasing as there are still many people who think of crappy trailers when they hear the word manufactured. These homes on your channel are more luxurious with better layouts and finishings than most stick-built new construction homes. And they are much better value for the dollar hands down.
I absolutely really love the layout of this place and the exterior of it with the porch. That is neat. The cupboard opens up into the laundry room from the master bathroom. I love the built-ins throughout, and the den. God bless you and your family.❤❤❤❤❤

This is a beautiful house. The only thing i would change is the shower in the primary bath. I'd just have them put in a regular tile shower. I really like everything else!
All these always look so nice but I'm not sure where you're supposed to put the TV.
Beautiful layout. Love that the utility room is off of the kitchen. Laundry shoot is great. The two living areas are a plus as well. Pantry needs to face kitchen and not the living room. The front the house needs depth for as long as it is. A porch wide enough to have rocking chairs on it would look nice.

It just tickles me to death to hear you say "vent-a-hood". I'm from Alabama and your accent is just delightful to me. Also Franklin has some of the finest homes on the market. I would put them at the top of my list with Deer Valley in terms of quality, but Franklin's prices are far better. I love these videos and am always excited when a new one drops. Thank you.

This is a beautiful one. My faves are the pot filler and the little thru way connecting the laundry room and master bath. I also love the master suite/bath. Great tour, Chance. 💜

Some things I like and some not..I really like a pantry but not in the living room..I like the floors and crown molding..don't like sinks in middle of kitchen and no kitchen window...not a favorite!!

The interior finishes are nice. I do like the way that cabinet is in the master bath. Your right about it being real easy for laundry. All this is nice, however I have one dislike. It has nothing to do with the way your videos are done. You are knowledgeable about the manufacturer home industry. I grew up in a trailer. I owned a trailer myself. More than one of my family members had/do own and live in single wides and double wides. It irks me that in today's age it seems that 98.99% of mobile homes that are built, the master bedroom is literally sharing the living room wall. There is no silence or peace really unless everyone else is kicked out. When will the manufacturers start to realize there is way to much cookie cutter designing going on. They need to start coming up with some alter floor plans.

The den and living room are far enough away from each other so if you have a TV in both rooms it would be less likely to hear both at the same time.

Absolutely gorgeous! Perfect home. And of course being a franklin it is so well built. But that also means that it's unaffordable to me. Unless you know a good man in the 55 to 65 year old range.....

😊once again I must say, a kitchen sink doesn’t belong in the center of the kitchen. One reason I am the dishwasher and put the dishes in a dish drainer and let them dry. It would not look good to have your clean or dirty dishes sitting on the counter in plain view the sink should be against the wall looking out the window.
My house is almost like this home. A few differences, my pantry is in the kitchen and it’s a walk in, my sink is where the stove is and has a window over it. I like the master bathroom in this one better than mine. Where the den is, I don’t have a deck or door there, but I have a huge family room there with a fireplace in that room. No fireplace in the living room.

What was that pantry doing in the living room? The only features I liked about this sterile looking home were the laundry shoot in the bedroom, and the back porch off of the den. Sorry Chance, but I’m not a fan of this one~Last night’s Collier’s Home World manufactured house you showed was so much more my style with a better floor plan. It was also a 4 bedroom 2 bath home, but the price was a lot better too!!!

Very nice house. Very big and would be great on 3 acres up to 20+ acres of land.
Now although things ain't still perfect (and i don't think one would be until i design it, lol I am picky) This is the one thing of all the videos I have been watching of yours FINALLY!!! got it right.. A straight shot from the Master bathroom to the Laundry room!!! HECK YEAH!!! in 99 percent of houses Kids, Guests, don't to the laundry .... the home owners do! why would ya ever have a house that you have to walk or roll your dirty stuff from one side of the house to the other side?!?! Don't make sense to me. You lucky if the guests or kids bring theirs even to the laundry room.

Chance, what is the lifespan of a mobile/ modular home?
Did this home have microwave in the kitchen? Did like where the guest bathroom was located. Pantry located that not for my taste.
I personally like a sink and kitchen window on same side and this doesn't have a kitchen window.
Did you shoot that in black and white? Seriously, the plan , build , features are outstanding...but where the color brother? Nice housr
That freestanding tub definitely needs to go out of the master bathroom. I don’t like them. Also would need a shower wand for both bathrooms. And I would like to have a wood burning fireplace.

We just drove passed there I wanted to stop n so bad.
Lately I am seeing a Z format layout if kitchen dinning and living. I liked the looks they had in 2000s and 2010s that it is one big "block" of living space with main on one side and the other guest rooms etc. I am disappointed in how they are changing. If I was to order this. I am not buying as ia it on the lot. I would get in touch with the comapny drafter i want changes and I do my drafting and send and they see what I mean. I would take out the guest room next to the living room and then next room take out too and make much smaller to have my prayer warroom. And enlarge the family room into office. Perfect that side door for business entrance only. And place a door to separate privacy from living quarters from business. Perfect for me with some already set up but those 2 bedrooms has to go. Love it would have all wod floor no carpets. But rid of white tiles and replace more colorful ones. It had that hue of green which is good. Pastel Green.
Kitchen needs all wood cabinet and I prefer metal and glass stove vent. Not that dinky huge 1970s look. I see its a trend. Yuck. I would trll them different ones or if not available I buy without that and I want 1000 extra off of retail price. Bathrooms I want wood cabs. Not colors! More stulish counters. No black tiles! Colorful and arrange shower head! And wall up one side! Enter only one side.
Clever idea about clothes can be put in cabinet then take them out to do wah but... privacy issue! Cant lock it! Kids will see parents' nudity or yeah.. haha I can say best adultery catcher! Meaning a wife can open up and see her husband cheating if bathroom door is locked. So best to wall it up. No doors there. I would ask thrm to remove those cab doors in laundry room. Can put reguar door there though with locks! Whoever makes this please get rid of those doors between main bath and laundry room.
The food Pantry.. umm little odd. Extend wall and make the door lined up with the cabinets.
Do these places come with heat/air , hot H2O tank? If not you are talking close to 8-10 K for it.

Those Sunday go to meetin' ladies can use the pot filler to wash their hair.

They make the homes nice inside, but so many of the Franklins still scream ‘MOBILE HOME’ from the outside. Other manufacturers are making the multiple section homes look much more like a site built home.
There are so many more costs to this. Property, slab, utilities, adding a garage, decking, transportation, some charge you for set up on site. In the end it will be 500k-600k depending on lot. It still not built with the quality of a built home. Cabinets look cheap, interior walls look like 2x3 construction. The elevation on the exterior is bland. It just seems like a waste of money compared to a built home.
That pantry should have door in laundry room .. Not my favorite ..
