Ingredients:
To Season & Steam Meat
Beef or protein of Choice
Wele /Cow Skin
1/2 Medium Onion
1/4 Habanero Pepper
Natural Spice Mix
All Purpose Seasoning
Salt to taste
To Make Stew
Palm Oil or Oil of Choice
1/2 Medium Onion
1 Habanero Pepper or to taste
2 Large Tomatoes
1 Large Cube of our homemade tomato sauce which is equivalent to 1/2cup
Stock Fish (optional)
Shrimp Powder (optional)
Natural Spice Mix
Vegetable Used
Kale
