So I'm curious if you guys get notified of my videos or do you literally have to search for me?

- So I did a video similar to this before and it kinda makes me wonder if it's happening again. I think I might be getting shadow banned again on CZcams because of some sensitive topic that they don't like. Last time it was talking about Russian hockey players and whether or not they'll actually come over. Well this time I wonder if it's happening again so if you're a subscriber and if you have notifications turned on do you get notified of new videos or do you literally have to go in the search bar and find me that way?

I've never seen this channel or hockey in my life, but this video got recommended under a completely unrelated video. Also my algorithm is DEEPLY trained, so it's not just default CZcams algorithm recommending things. Hope this helps wish you the best.

CZcams unsubscribed you I've heard of that happening on other channels but mainly political channels
@@LHOH197 I’ve had it happen before on other channels, but I will check it more often. Just don’t get discouraged because you’re doing a great job. CZcams is a learning process to figure out how the algorithms work
I would not be too concerned about the subscriber count. These platforms have algorithms that do messed up things. I got a strange notification that my Twitter account was suspiciously putting out spam when it was not the case and they slapped a label on my account that I cannot see. So it is possible that it could be on their end and not necessarily you. Also remember that we are literally almost at the end of the current season, so most fans are focused on the Finals instead of random hockey topics. Not your fault, just how it is. I admit my biggest interest in your videos are the jersey topics. I assume you have held off on commenting on the latest rumors on team rebrandings until Fanatics unveils all 32 team jersey sets later this month.

Also just some random advice from some random guy:
CZcams "grades" your videos based off of two main factors.
1. The first is the length of your video.
2. The second is how long people watch that video.
The higher the watch retention, the more it will be pushed out to people.
For instance, if you have an 8 minute video and everyone watches all 8 minutes of it then youtube is gonna push it to everyone
HOWEVER, if you have a 40 minute video, and everyone watches 50% of it.. youtube may push it more than the 8 minute one because 50% of 40 minutes is 2 1/2 times larger than 100% of 8 minutes.

Your new videos are always at the top of my suggested videos. I never miss a video and watch them all to the end. I have my notifications off but check in to CZcams almost 4 times a day.
That's cool I guess it's entirely possible that people have just gotten bored watching

When I go into CZcams and you’ve posted a new video it’s usually at the top so I never seem to miss a video. I will say, though that I enjoy the jersey content, but do find that in a lot of your videos. You can turn a five minute video into a 15 minute video which is just too long for me so I generally watch what I wanna watch and then I leave the video. You haven’t been Shadowband sadly people have just lost interest.
That is one thing I'm still trying to work on is the fact that I have a tendency to ramble on which I am constantly trying to work on
A 15 minute doesn't bother me. I need something to listen to driving around town doing errands.

I was watching a video and your video was on the recommended list on the right side of the screen. I've never watched your channel and I do not watch hockey content.
I think putting out non-NHL playoff content during the playoffs could hurt you in the algorithm. YT sees that those vids wont get as many clicks as all the SCF vids coming out and then doesnt recommend your channel.
I try to talk about playoff stuff during playoffs especially during the finals like if the Panthers win the cup tonight I'll definitely do a video talking about that
No offense, but you have 2k subscribers, it is highly highly unlikely that you’re being shadow banned. No one from CZcams is watching your videos, in fairness, hardly anyone is watching your videos. I’m really not trying to be mean, but your channel is just not that big and it’s not a conspiracy, you just don’t have a big following.
Doesn't mean I wanna just be satisfied at where I'm at I'd like it to get bigger that's kinda the point is to try and grow the channel is it possible that people have just stopped watching of course it is but the goal of a channel is to try and grow it the best way possible not to be just satisfied with being a smaller channel and I know hockey content isn't as hotly talked about like politics are but still it's possible to watch more than just one particular channel about something like hockey

There's an option in the settings to turn them off or on.
I follow so many channels I turn notifications off. I know you upload something almost every day. So I don't need notifications to see your feed. I have noticed the CZcams censorship police has been deleting some of my comments for some reason. Even if what I write is harmless. I told someone to show off their memorabilia on Instagram. And gave a link to US hockey registration. And both instantly vanished.
