They put a lot of cores. In their CPUs and then having problem with overheating and oxidation so that's pointless if my CPU overheat and I will lose it I don't need many cores

Love your videos! Your subtle humor kills! 😂 I was deciding between a 7800X3D and 14700 build - chose the AMD + 4080 Suprim X. My work apps are Office, mostly Word and Excel, so the 7800X3D is more than capable. I’m really enjoying the gaming performance and plan to stick with this setup for several years.
In terms of fast-paced competitive gaming, would an Intel i7 14700k be enough paired with an RTX 4070 Super? Or would the Ryzen 7 7800x3D be better for maximum fps output?

I get that those benchmark scores are higher for i9 14700KS, but in real-time use, are they that much better to make a noticeable difference? Also considering price difference between i914700KS ($623) vs AMD 7950X3D ($448) and ability to upgrade AMD CPU later on the same system. And where does i7 14700K falls on this list compare to AMD 7800X3D for budget options? Love your videos and sense of humor!

14700K is a big jump. But unless you're struggling playing your favorite games, and the issue is your CPU, there's no need to upgrade. Because core i5 13600k is a pretty good CPU
Don't forget about the problem Intel have lately the oxidation and overheat of the CPU you have to be careful to not lose your CPU
Good video and happy to become a sub. I do not play any games at all but want to get into motion graphics like adobe after effects and that is what I need to know which hardware I need to optimize that. Is it CPU, GPU, SSD space, RAM?
14700k is a beast. On par with the 7800x3d in anything or beating it at 1440p-4k. And way faster in any other task.
I was about to buy an i7 and when I saw the problems intel have I switch to AMD. R7 7800x3d. And he works really good
