when i switch to my alt and try to use it it says i dont have permission to use it
So everything went out great but when the ticket is closed it dose not go on the closed ticket category it goes to the open ticket category and what permissions do I set the transcript channel to because members can see it

You need to add the ticket bot in the Ticket channel as a role

You can use a bot called "Tickets" for that

You mean above the embed? You can do it in the dashboard under the "Tickets" category

it wont let me close the ticket its says “unable to close ticket, missing permissions manage roles” do you know how to fix?
Go to Server Settings. Then, go to roles and select the Ticket Tool role. After that, select "Permissions" and search "Manage Roles". Enable that permission and save changes.

When someone open a Ticket, everyone can see the Ticket. Do you know how to fix it ?
Make it so that your member role can't view the category
So when people make the ticket explaining why they made it. The reason doesn’t appears sometimes and I most of the time can’t answer what they want cause I can’t see the topic of the question
