Hey, Sapphire Dashboard UI got changed a little bit.
You can find it on Messages > Components (Messages will be on the left sidebar)

Ticket tool is not creating tickets.
Check if ticket tool have enough permission and double check if you have configured everything properly on ticket tool dashboard

Hello my ticket system works perfectly fine but the problem is that members can't see the channels do u know how to fix it?
On ticket tool dashboard you have to setup permissions for the ticket opener
Hi! The combination with Ticket Tool doesn't work somehow for me. I created the panel with sapphire and that all works completly fine. I can select all three of my options but it doesn't create a ticket. I did everything you did and I got the categories setup and everything. It just sends the ticket code into the channels as expected but no ticket opens.
But it perfectly creates tickets without Sapphire. So Ticket tool does got enough permission.
What could I do to fix this?
Edit: As I see, many got the same problem here.

yo bro when i create a ticket with the dropdown menu it doesnt open a ticket on the category. (it doesnt even open)
Probably you forgot to choose the monitor channel on the ticket tool dashboard.

Hi i did that what you say and it works but only for some days the code kathegorie is still works but the ticket doesnt pop up whats the problem???
Probably someone on your server (mods or admin) changed something on ticket tool dashboard or they have changed ticket tool permissions
when im configuring the final part of making the tickets, i do the same steps but when i got to discord and press a support request it doesnt make the ticket
Check if you have set the ticket code monitor channel on ticket tool dashboard
i already got solved in your discord server, the thing was that ticket tool needed high role, i gave bot roles with administrator but when i gave co owner it started working@@ShadowArcanist

You can access the components (buttons and select menu) from the Messages menu on the side bar of the dashboard.

Hey, On tickettool dashboard you can set limits per panel. Check how much limit you have set there and increase it
everything works fine but when I press create ticket the $add message stays
On Ticket tool dashboard there will be an option called delete ticket command, enable it to delete the command after sapphire sends it

Will it be possible to add an embed message to the beginning of the channel every time a new ticket is created?
I don't speak English, I'm Spanish, so maybe I won't be understood correctly, but basically those types of messages would serve as a kind of "guidance" so that the user who opens a ticket knows exactly what to do or extra information. It would work as a fixed message that is created by default when creating a new channel every time the user creates a ticket.
You can't make sapphire to send messages automatically to a newly created channel but you can create a custom command to show your message when the command is used. So you or the ticket opener has to use the custom command to make sapphire send the message

To fix this you have to change the permission of Ticket Owner/Opener on the ticket tool dashboard

Seems like you misconfigured something related to Sapphire sending the ticket code in wrong format.

Hi, if you didn't configured the Action row properly then sapphire won't show the row in the message after it sent to a channel.
Check whether you have properly configured the action row.

Ticket bot needs permissions.
You probably forget to give ticket tool bot necessary permission or you forgot to setup the monitor channel on ticket tool dashboard

I followed all the steps to the tee, but when I got to the end and sent it to the ticket channel, the drop down option wasn't there. Any advice?
Please check if you have configured the action for the dropdown options.
Go to the Message Template which has the dropdown then on 'Edit' menu you will see the dropdown attached to the message then you will see a gear icon near to, click the gear icon and set the actions for each dropdown items

Sapphire Dashboard got a UI update and you can find components on messages menu.

Hey, the dashboard ui got updated.
The Interactions is now inside the messages tab now.
So once you are in the dashboard, click the "Messages" option in the left side bar and then you will see the option called "Components", inside the Components you will see the options to add buttons and dropdown menu

Nope, custom menu features are free. You can create 50 custom menu for free.
You need to enter a component name to use the create button/dropdown menu
