this was really helpful, do you know how to remove a warning in case someone got warned by accident/injustified?

For this you will have to close their case.
Whenever a user gets warned or punished (mute, kick, ban), sapphire creates unique case, so you will have to close case case and here is how you will do it.
First run the command 'caselist' then sapphire will show all the case with case id of the user.
Then you have to copy the case id and use the command 'caseclose'
