1600 मीटर की रनिंग में हमें सप्ताह में कितने दिन लंबी दूरी की रनिंग करनी चाहिए, और कितने किलोमीटर दूर तक दौड़ना चाहिए, वीडियो के माध्यम से इन सभी बातों को ध्यान रखकर भारतीय खेल प्राधिकरण के एथलेटिक्स कोच के द्वारा सही जानकारी दी गई है।
