The calibre of these kind of IAS officers is laid bare. He is asked to appear in court in this case and he is not even aware of whether day to day order sheet is being maintained in the case Or not. 🤦🏽♂️🤦🏽♂️🤦🏽♂️ Unbelievable. Do they not prepare themselves before reaching the court room? In this case, maybe DA made the decision that formal enquiry may be dispensed with in the face of available evidence.

Court has no power over the policies which are being made in the area.
A Minister is way more powerful than an IAS officer and can scold him, doesnt mean the Minister is more intelligent than an IAS officer; the same applies here too! The judge can scold anyone, including a nobel prize winner, doesnt mean the Judge is more intelligent than a nobel prize winner. To get admitted to a law college, and to pass law college is too easy; its hard to fail
In a place like gaya in bihar its runs on fists than law of land. The honorable judge is very sharp of the chronological events and delay in the case.The system has to be trained.

This judge is biased. He is over excited in cases that involve IAS, IPS or any other govt officer.A DM is also a human how can one look over more than 300 cases as well as taking care of everything in the district.

I think UPSC should do away with Civil Services Examination to recruit civil servants. No Officer who has appeared before your Lordship has been able to properly assist the Court or have followed the rules properly while doing any task in their official capacity. Why are we wasting tax payers money on them when they are not able to do what they are supposed to do ?

Very true. Especially nowadays, all they are interested in is making videos of them roaming around with their sirens, scolding juniors and acting like they are some corruption warriors.
As per my capable knowledge of/about Hon'ble Constitution of our country and as per our judicial parameters too, actually we have only two types of Hon'ble JUDGES (Hon'ble High Court Judges & Hon'ble Supreme Court Judges), rest all are Sub Division Magistrates of District Magistrates only [system established by ruling foreign bodies before our independence and still in practice (in same shameful & useless old pattern) as per Artical 235 of our Hon'ble Constitution], it's the only reason (This is the only compulsion of our real judicial system that they have to take the trouble to set and explain new guidelines again and again to make the Magistrate Courts understand their sincere Constitutional responsibilities). 🙄🙄😳😳🙄🙄

First of all even if ur in pvt or mnc judge has the full judicial right to apprehend u even question ur efficiency & competency to carry out job. That's very reason MNC company spends on training and gives certificate to prove they complied with the law but it's the employee didn't, so liability is restricted to employees there by getting terminated.
