I don't understand why these lawyers are blabbering, stammering. Even though a lawyers profession itself solely depends on articulating words, logic, law expression. Feel worried about future of common people...

The reason being that 90 percent of lawyers came from letter pad colleges. Which is why they themselves don't know the law. much. That's why they stammer so they the jusges don't ask any questions. They have an escapist attitude

this is a perfectly correct decision by the honourable judge. Commonly lower employees are suppressed by the higher authority. While lower staff should be co operated by authority.
Why this Judge is imposed upon such lawyers as they’re not very much versed with english launguage.
And one more thing is that as and when the petitioner is making self appreances these judges seen on several occasions come harshly on them even if they’re far better than such lawyers and advocates seen here.
What a pity..!!!
Taarikh Pe Taarikh culture should be stopped and judgements should be delivered within some time frame.
CJI should walk the talk and do something about it first and then preach the government about governance etc…

U all. Have to listen very carefully that the main employee whose promotion was delayed is actually dead the petitioner is the wife of the employee so the judge asks the typeest or the stenographer to correct the order
