This judge has no business at all to cast aspersions on a lawyer.if he is not satisfied with the lawyer Dismiss the case.i am sure he must have been.elevated by some political favour
The judges are getting vexed with most of the state counsels who come to argue with half knowledge or little knowledge and stand like rock for the judges' questions. I am keenly following the court videos since long.
Yes. Judge has no business to pass such oral order like this, with out giving opportunity to the Advocate.
I am sure he did not include this in his written order.
