Untill the responsibility is not fixed and they are allowed to let go scotfree this casual approach will continue unabated. Please fix their responsibility, impose costs on them and initiate disciplinary proceedings against them ; only then you can expect them to behave and save the time of courts.

People who are commenting Hon'ble justice P.B. Bajantri for selecting english as mode of communication need to know he has been transferred from Karnataka High Court to Patna High Court. His first and second language is Kannad and English, he is not good with Hindi so it's his necessity to ask lawyers to communicate in english and that's one of the reason till date High and supreme courts choose their language as english yet judges who understand local languages let lawyers to argue in which ever language they are comfortable with but only orally.

He is justice P.B. Bajantri originally from Karnataka High Court transferred to Patna High Court. So he only understands Kannad and English. Hindi is not his forte so he always ask to communicate in English. It has nothing to with colonial mindset.

That's why india mei log kanun ya court kachheri per viswas nahi karte.kyonki logo ko darr lagta or pta hai ki hamare courts abhi bhi british kaal ke hai jahan angrezi mindset chalti hai or unke sath nyaay nahi hoga.
