Hon’ble High Court being the highest constitutional machinery of the state has summoned the Secretary ( Transport ) to answer some of the queries. And the secretary genuinely replied to all the queries of the hon’ble judges’ so respectfully and humbly!

U r wrong. Once SC gives Order its the Govt duty in tat to issue notification etc. in compliance of apex court's order. Public will read such notifications. Public cannot be expeced to read court's lengthy judgments. Hence, concept of ignorance of law is no excuse cannot apply

Usually Mr Agarwal takes important decisions.I personally appreciate him & his decisions.There are only two officers (i.e. Mr Amir Subhani & Mr Deepak Agarwal) in Patna (Bihar) who take wise decisions & are usually open to public opinion. 🙏

This IAS does not seem to understand the limited point being made by the judges. He keeps ok referring to the SC case etc etc when it is the position of the judges thay suitable correction must be made in the translated order. He is blinded by God knows what.
Are there such video recordings of lower courts? It would be very interesting to observe examination of witnesses etc.

@@hiheloByby6902 please search patna high court here you will find live streams. From there you can make clippings. I also though the same but now I don't know whatever may be the reason but the proceedings go live on court days.

In High courts we deal with Appellate Advocacy .. there is nothing much sensitive issues
I don't understand why so many people are praising the secretary. Being of that stature, he's not even addressing to the question the judge is asking. The judges stopped asking him the question growing tried of making him understand their requirement to know!
This two Judges just wants to show their power instead of understanding the issue and they have to cajole and ask the secretary in what is the core issue and how this sort of litigation can be curtailed and avoided.

If there was some other judge he would have shown the door to this secretary who is full of egos. He can't explain in simple English that' why there is different versions of affidavit in English and Hindi. He has no answer whether dealer can purchase vehicle from manufacturer or not. I wasted 20 minutes listening bush beating of the secretary.....

The body language, finger pointing, way of response when Court repeatedly telling about the different meaning of so called translated notification etc. worth to be noticed. In plea of supreme court rulings the original issue on the face of a document has been cleverly side tracked.

If the dealer is first purchaser then every customer is second purchaser that is not the case as first purchaser ne as first owner is never recorded as first owner dealer can not purchase any vehicle in the capacity as dealer he only acts as intermediary so contention of dealer IA absurd if its invisible individual capacity its different
