Waoooo...What a patriotic job the judge has done! Everyone knows that the political people are involved in these shelter home cases. Just a few years ago, in Muzaffarpur Shelter Home case, big fishes were saved and a local politician called Brajesh Singh is still behind the bars.
The judge has already understood that the investigation has been done under pressure, probably at the behest of political masters. Therefore, at the very end he did remind them about their duties and value of their uniform. Alas...I have very little hope that anything extraordinary they will be able to present before the court during the next hearing, although both of these policemen are known upright and honest.🤞😌

The real face of Bihar Police. It's a police that has got no motivation to perform their duties. They considering Police as a job and not a service/duty. Political pressure in this case I guess.
From the way of explanation by the Police officers and their flow of communication.... some sort of things are getting stuck.... may be due to political pressure. Very pathetic situation.

mere chacha bhi police mai inspectar h , bahut honest & hardworking h ,ajj bhi apne purane mitti k ghar mai rahte but sometimes wrong perception ho jata h kyuki all things police can do is based on fact and proof so they have also limitations.

Police apna kaam ache se krti hai. Mere upar false case kr diya gya tha daroga saheb bhut imandar the upar se pressure hone ke bavojud unhone meri help kri thi.
More power to justice like Ashutosh sir, the investigation should be conducted without external pressure and badges. This is the highest patriotism serve by the respectable judge.

t is nice to see Bihar ka sabse bara chor Department Bihar Police in the court.
Bihar Police Department is responsible for lawlessness of Bihar. They do not investigate. My family have been victims in the hands of criinals. Police just 107,144 but criminals do not care and continue crime after crime. This has been going for last 50 years in my case of Shibipatti Panchayat.

mere parivar mein se kuch police mein. vo log apna kaam bhut imandari se krte hai. 10 saal se naukri mein hai fir bhi rent ke makaan mein hi rhte hai. unke upar bhi pressure hota hai case mein real culprit ko saja dilwane ka lekin unke pass limited sadhan hote hai usme bhi vo log apna best dete hai

Kudos to police for not bowing under media trial.The judge seems to be biased.Police can only record evidence not manufacture them.if judge is so unsatisfied why they don't transfer case to another investigative body
This is why English must be banned in Indian courts because almost a few speak it correctly and most Indians make a lot of mistakes orally, why don't Hindi or any other local idioms are used, even the judge is not speaking the language correctly. in this video.
While I agree with you on the logic of speaking in local state language. But, english acts as bridge as we are very diverse set of people in this nation. A person from Kerala can be SP of some district in Jharkhand. How do you suppose he would know the local language?
