An outstanding judge. No govt Department is ready with the basic data needed to judge the merit of the case. The central govt depts are no way better than this either. No one follows procedure and interpretation of law is by convenience of a few.

vaii civil servants are already in check by politician ask those moron judges who always lift the case upto 7 years and now collegium system is coming judges should also be in check

@@champmanish3312 toh main bhi toh wohi bol raha hooon judiciary bhi bohot corrupt hain nhi toh tum dekho hydrabad Mercedes rape case jiska media mein khulasa toh huya tha magar koi judgement abhi bhi nhi aaya the proves of cctv were there but still no justice because they were politician's son aise hazaro case pending hain file o mein maine ek hi bola politician ko bhi in check rakhna chahiye isi liye beurocracy ko judges ki tarah independent kardo aur fir dekho jalwa kyuki desh ki main law and order cbi army police beurocrats chalate hain the new civil servants who join always wants to do good work but they become corrupt by taking with the system
