7 injured after explosion outside Rochester business

The investigation into the weekend explosion is still ongoing, but preliminary reports point to a chain reaction that started with a decorative torch catching on fire. That's what spurred the initial call from authorities. Then, to everyone's horror and shock, the propane tank that was fueling the torch blew up.

I worked at a party rentals place most of those never have issues so they have to have been tampered with OR the PROPANE TANKS WERE OLD CAUSE OF IT LIKELY THE TANK WAS OLD AND SHOULD HAVE BEEN REMOVED ON RETURN AND REFILL ONLY SO MANY REFILLS CAN BE DONE AND THEN YOU NEED NEW SO MAYBE TANK COULD BE OLD BUT UNUSUAL FOR THEM TO GO IF THE PLACES THAT REFILL INSPECT WHEN REFILL OR EXCHANGE PROGRAM HAPPENS

the ones across the street from me at new years tried to throw a road flare at a big tank on the construction site for insurance claims they also did other arsons they connect to mafia and usa ones so there seems to be alot of it now
