I’m 44 and in the UK military. I haven’t taken test since my mid 20’s. I recently did a 6 week low test course and I felt amazing. I felt like a teen again. I was getting up and going to the gym before work, my energy levels were through the roof and my mood was so positive. It made me feel sad though as It was a one off as I can’t take it full time as I will get thrown out if I get caught taking it, but for 6 weeks of my life I felt on top of the world.

Briiliant video. Good to hear open, honest and informative dialogue about anabolic steroids, growth hormone and insulin. It really infuriates me that stigma around testosterone and related substances is rife amongst medical professionals wheh it comes to replacement therapy. It's crucial not just to look at the blood results but to also actually listen to the patient and ask how their quality of life is even though their testosterone levels may be borderline normal. We are all individual and need to be medically managed as such and not just as a set of blood results.

I suffered depression, lethargy, chronic tiredness where I would 'nap' in the afternoon for 3 hours, low libido and ED. Since TRT therapy, most of that has gone away. It is great not napping for 3 hours and I can get things done. I am back at the gym and lifting well and I feel so much better. The TRT is being monitored by a hormone specialist GP

Can anyone in your crew please take care of the hissing in the background? The basics of any setup in an open room like this are the low cut filter, a compressor (which you're probably already using from the sounds of it), and if you want also a noise gate and noise reduction. I'd use a very weak noise gate for the guest though because they often forget to stay close to the mic during a 2h+ interview and since you're using dynamic mics this will be even more noticeable. Since the hissing seems to stay at the same pitch the whole time, I'd try to neutralize it in the EQ. Take a dry recording of the room in the exact same setting that you got going when you film an episode and take that audio to analyze the best solution. Depending on your gear you might also have to take the fans in the cameras or lights into consideration. Those usually only turn on after a few minutes depending on how hot they get.✌

Play around and explore a bit and you'll understand it pretty quick :) Depending on your production you can also use OBS to record the audio on individual tracks and add filters to each audio source so you can skip that part in post.
