  • I participated in Orangetheory's 8 Week Body Transformation Challenge. In this video I show you my before & after InBody scan as well as before & after videos. I documented the 8 weeks so you'll see me working out at Orangetheory & my local gym and you'll see what I ate during that time as well. Stay tuned until the end of the video to see if I won first place in the challenge or not!

Thank you for putting so much work into this video! It’s super encouraging to see that even though the scale only showed 1lb lost, you improved in body fat %, muscle mass, strength, and endurance! I’d love to watch videos of some of those recipes you made

Regarding the gas, those plant-based protein shakes can be incredibly hard on the gut. Many people have food sensitivities to the different types of proteins they use especially Pea protein. They’re heavily processed as well, as are the dairy-based protein shakes. Love this video! 💗❤️🙏🏻 youre unreal!!

Thank you sooo much! I appreciate you letting me know. I noticed I don’t have a problem when I have one protein shake a day but when I have 2….💀💀💀 lol
      So one day it is!

Thanks for letting us know about your journey. Fairly New to OTF, and it's marathon month this month. But you've inspired me to embark upon my own 8 week journey!

Nice job! Do you know when they'll be doing the next one? Also, please consider doing a "What I Eat In A Day" video because all your food looks so good and healthy and I'd love to follow your diet!

This is probably my favorite comment I’ve ever gotten 😭 unfortunately I don’t know when the next 8 week challenge is but I’m going to assume in the spring. I’ll definitely have to do a “what I eat in a day” video in the near future!!!

How do you know how to workout at the gym? How did you learn what exercises to do and correct form, etc. Just curious because I want to learn!

Well I grew up playing soccer and we had to workout in the gym with a trainer during the off season, but now I do have a personal trainer that I workout with twice a week.

Aww thank you! Girl I'm fat now!!! No, jk. I'm doing good. I'm once again doing the transformation challenge this year with a little more body fat than I started with last time. Doing pretty the same as last year but now adding in some yoga on my recovery days. =)

You look pretty good for had only gained one pound of muscle. I believe it because you do not weight that much to begin with. You only lost 2 percent body fat and one pound. Your picture looked alright to me;0

@@NatashaWitt Honestly, you looked pretty hot before the transformation. I used to do circuit training when I was younger. Not OT but boot camp classes at local gyms. I let myself go during lockdown and now have more weight than I care to share to lose;( The good thing is I lift heavy and got my diet right. I am down 42 pounds in three months. I have added back cardio and try to keep my daily step count high. Anyway, keep up the OT workouts. They work amazing for you!
