Regarding Dave's question at time 18:53 , do some reading on 'radionics', which is consciousness based. Not 'energy'. Those devices hold an 'intention', which the radionics device links to a 'target'. A particular non-profit organization that educates in this area is USPA United States Psychotronics Association, founded in 1975. This concept and technology are many decades old at this point, even going back to the early 1900's.. Not something new and 'quantum'. The entire overuse of the word quantum seems to be more a modern marketing trend than anything else.
