      I would recommend searching on an educational video of exercises to avoid with Diastasis Recti. Mine was bad. I still avoid most abd exercises that exert pressure against my abd my regular plank, crunches ( the worst for DIASTASIS ). And make sure to really engage your core when exercising. Don't rush. GlowbodyPT is a great option for a program to do. She has great youtube videos pre and post natal workouts. Hope it helps.
