- Insomnia behaviour is pretty much the same in all people. But there are a few experiences that people can't seem to agree on.

Interesting. For me being tired is the main trigger. I have also had times when falling asleep was the problem and then it changed to waking up being the problem.
I don't think I would've ever had a problem with insomnia if I didn't have a panic disorder though. Being tired would trigger my anxiety. My fear of wakefulness is linked to my anxiety.
I'm doing a lot better thanks to people like you!
Thank you!
Thanks for sharing! Totally, the experience can shift as the narrative of the mind, the interpretation of those experiences shifts with it.
Same here!
Im the same. Starts with not being able to sleep for some reason, then all the lack of sleep builds up and I start to get high anxiety. Then finally I get tired from all the lack of sleep, but that is now mixed with the anxiety and I can't sleep because I'll have somniphobia. Now I am tired as hell but cant sleep or keep waking up too early and cant go back to sleep. Then that builds up anxiety because ill be larthagic and tired all day...then i try to nap but i cant because im anxious. by night.. im just lying there... this form of exhaustion and weakness with heavy sore blurry and double vision eyes...sore muscles, brain fog and of course, all this adding hundred tons more of anxiety...
Oh yes!! For me dreaming means sleeping!very encouraging. I can’t believe you understand so well! I love to be able to fall asleep !!
