Red Bull don't have there sh#t in order, because of the internal power struggle still going on, and high positioned people leaving the team accordingly. I don't think the end is near for personal leaving the team, and there is a real chance that Red Bull, will not win either, constructor or driver championship. Meaning Verstappen could leave as well at the end of the season.
No team can stay at the top forever. Change is inevitable. Horner as Team Principal is a good anchor point.. for now. Max is the best in the game and in his prime, but with everybody else shifting teams, no doubt he can write his own contract with any other team (Mercedes? Audi?). Mercedes under Toto has peaked and I would not be surprised if his days are numbered with Lewis leaving the team. Horner to Mercedes? It could be a winning combination. Obviously Ferrari has taken courageous steps to regain their per-eminence.

Red bull is on a downward trajectory again and looks like Merc or McLaren are coming back up?
