    This is exactly what you guys need to show more of. The software is capable or producing AAA images for video game cinematics as well as short films but the documentation is lack luster, this opened my eyes and showed me the possible routes to take to achieve something as great as this

    This is looking amazing Loïc!! From the painterly brush strokes on the face to the lighting and FX! Also love the angry shake of the head when she says: "Don't you dare blink!". I can rewatch this a hundred times and still notice new details in your animation! Great job as always!

    Thanks for sharing your inspiring workflow, very well presented and to the point to show how iclone is a very sophisticated tool to animate easily. I"'m just an iclone fan, not an animator.

    Did you attend a 3D animation school to learn how to perform all of this? You have amazing talent..

    •  Před rokem +3

      Yes I did 3 years of animation school back in 2007-10, I learned all the theory back then, but the tools I'm using now are different, I'm much more comfortable with blender than maya, and Reallusion toolset allows to skip a lot of technical tasks.

    Loïc Bramoullé, great work you did! I wondering how many human hours in total was spent on these 30sec?

    •  Před 5 dny

      Thanks ! As there was so many steps to do in parallel, concept, pipeline, baking, physics, mocap, anim, compositing ect.. I think around 300 hours, which is a lot for such a short time, but that's without any ramp up as I started from scratch, and not having done any body mocap before.

    ps just a question: considering so small duration why render HD and upscale to 4k INSTEAD of rendering already in 4k ?

  • @Nizak1
    @Nizak1 Před rokem +1

    Wow is amazing 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻which setup I need on my pc to create something like that???, now I have gtx 1060, 32 ram, i7, HD 1TB

    •  Před rokem +2

      Hi, rendering will be quite a bit slow with a 1060, but it you keep poly count and displacement low, few lights, eevee for volumetrics, you can do great things already !
