25 MIN Dumbbell Full Body Workout - No Repeat

- Technically no repeat but repetition on those muscles!! We have mostly compound movements to recruit as many muscles as possible with lots of variations throughout! This is broken down into lower body, upper body, compound, and core with 5 moves in each. Timer is set for 45 seconds work and 15 seconds to rest. This is NO REPEAT so go as heavy as YOU CAN!
I'm using 10lb up to 20lbs. If I was lifting at home some of the moves I would have gone heavier.😉

*i love how effective this was for just 25 minutes! all the movements were perfectly placed together! didn’t feel like doing a super long workout but this really did the trick and i feel great! 351 active calories and 425 total calories burned and counting!*

Anyone here see the "cannoli" song video? I LOVE it when Michelle gets on Carol. Seriously need a secondary tagline or tshirt that says "come on, carol!" or "I'm a Carol" or "I'm here for Carol." I hope it can be read with teasing affection that everytime I hear Carol in one of the workouts I'm going to comment it :)
