amazing workout. arms are tired - really more the pecs from pushups, flys and presses. great format altho for adjustable weights I had to use pause. saving this one
It was tossup between upperbody or cardio. Glad I chose this challenging and thorough upper focused routine. Was able to scale down when I felt I needed it and still felt accomplished.
