Thanks for another informative video. Where exactly are you in Leyte? Give us the recipe for Lamaw, as close as you can so we can try and duplicate it here in the US. Love sweetened, condensed milk but it doesn’t help with my waistline.

Oh Chris, we can hardly wait. Our eldest has been buying short sleeve tshirts and shorts. We don't wear short sleeves and shorts when we're out on the ranch because of bugs, poop, things that can slash your legs and the hot sun.

Was that somebodys 'lipa hut'? Looked like a Kubo almost with the bench there, actually it looks added on to the main lipa hut. Am glad you are having a good time. Looked like a nice view up to Echo Park, Its hard to tell from the video how steep the hills were, am going to take your word for it. Like bocu water and the gel like green bocu too, am not going to try the lamaw though...lol too sweet for me with the condensed milk. Thanks for making this video, Chris...Jim PS My wife says in Cebu they add evap milk to the bocu water and thats it.
