- The second of two 2018 Leitner-Poma detachables opened in January 2019: this LPA high-speed six featuring blue bubbles. It replaced an older high-speed quad and is the world's longest bubble chairlift at 9886 feet. It was the fourth North American lift to open with a direct drive. There are 182 chairs and 29 towers, including 16A and 22A, two infill towers added in summer 2019. Max speed in this video is 1000 fpm.

*Apologies for the constant talking throughout the ride. Someone took a phone call at 4:45 in the video, which is why I put music over it. The rest of the video is from 6:42 onwards. I will admit, I enjoy chatting with others on the lift, but while filming, it just gets annoying.
i'd say this lift is better than christie's at steamboat because this is very comfy, However i had some problems with this lift stopping 5 times on one ride, i just assume people need help to get on the lift.
I'm in awe at how long this thing is. At Killington, we have one of these Leitner-Poma bubble chairs, and this lift is more than twice as long.
I rode Snowdon Six three years ago, and I found it fun to lap. The Flyer, on the other hand, isn’t very lappable since it is an out-of-base lift, a long ride, and has frequent stops. I mainly used the Flyer to get to Timberline or Rendezvous.
Got to see the drive room and the parking barn for this lift on 12/22/21! Parking barn is huge! They have about 12 chairs in there so they can perform maintenance on them!
Wow! I noticed that several chair numbers were skipped, particularly the 90s chairs.

i absolutely hate this chairlift it stopped a billion times when i rode it.
They added two infill towers two years ago to mitigate this. It does stop every now and then, but it’s not as bad as its first year.

This lift isn’t garbage. Ramcharger is full of unnecessary gimmicks used for marketing. Sure, it’s a D-Line, but that doesn’t mean it crushes all lifts. The Flyer was a needed replacement, and it isn’t full of gimmicks which I like.
