Gluten free plain flour by dove farm
Sugar
Egg yolks and whites
Vanilla essence
Cornflour
Baking powder
Xanthan gum
Icing sugar
**Baking temperature 180 degrees celsius.

I do the exact same measurements and my mixture is much yellower and stickier. In turn they came out flat :-/ Is it really 3 eggs and their whites/yolks split? Many recipes show 1 less yolk to white ratio.

baking at 180 degrees, is that Fahrenheit? If so, a pretty low temp cook.

Its 180 celsius. That would be 356 in Fahrenheit
