LADY FINGER RECIPE
Egg yolk 2 pcs
Sugar 15 gr
Vanilla essence 1/8 tsp
Egg white 2 pcs
Sugar 40 gr
Cake flour 60 gr
Cornstarch 3 gr
Baking powder 1/8 tsp
Icing sugar for dusting

Hari ini aku akan berbagi cara membuat biskuit lady finger yang sangat mudah dan cepat dibuat dirumah.. biskuit ini juga bisa digunakan sebagai bahan membuat tiramisu / dessert lainnya.
RESEP LADY FINGER
Kuning telur 2 pcs
Gula pasir 15 gr
Perisa vanilla 1/8 sdt
Putih telur 2 pcs
Gula pasir 40 gr
Tepung protein sedang 60 gr
Tepung maizena 3 gr
Pengembang kue 1/8 sdt
Icing sugar for dusting

beberapa hari lalu nyoba buat ini, dan resepnya BERHASIL!! cuma hasilnya di saya terlalu tipis, kayanya karena kuning telurnya kurang ngembang dan agak overmix waktu nyampurin tepung. Tapi hasilnya enak, persis kaya yang dijual😋 bisa utk tiramisu, tapi dimakan langsung juga enak!

Betul sekali, meringue selalu pake gula pasir biasa ya kakk, spy bs stabil dan kokoh.. gula bubuk terlalu halus kak jd cepet larut sebelum telornya mengembang maksimal 😊🙏

what do you do when the batter is stil runny? should i add more flour or start over?
Should start over.. it can be over whipped when mixing the meringue 🙏🏻
What if i incorporate the flour to the egg yolk mixture first before adding it to the meringue? Will it make any difference?
Can also try that.. have to make sure the egg mixture not getting runny 🙏

@@MakingDessertssorry, i have tried it but sadly it didn't work because the egg yolk mixture became too dry like wet sand texture, which makes it hard to mix with the meringue. The meringue became deflated😞
