SIMPLE CHOCOLATE MOUSSE RECIPE NO MIXER

Hi, in this video I’m gonna share how to make chocolate mousse at home, this recipe is very easy and only need 3 ingredients, without mixer
CHOCOLATE MOUSSE
fresh milk 125 gr
dark chocolate 153 gr
whipped cream 250 gr
GARNISH *optional:
whipped cream
grated dark chocolate
strawberry
COOKING METHOD:
1. boil fresh milk over medium heat
2. add dark chocolate and mix until completely melted
3. whip whipping cream and fold into chocolate mixture
4. chocolate mousse is ready to be served. best served cold

Hari ini aku akan berbagi cara membuat mousse coklat yang sangat mudah dibuatnya, hanya memerlukan 3 bahan dan tanpa memerlukan mixer
MOUSSE COKLAT
susu cair 125 gr
coklat hitam 153 gr
krim kocok 250 gr
HIASAN *opsional:
krim kocok
parutan coklat hitam
stroberi
CARA MEMASAK:
1. panaskan susu cair dengan api sedang
2. tambahkan coklat hitam dan campur hingga coklat meleleh
3. kocok krim hingga sedikit kaku dan campur dengan campuran coklat
4. mousse coklat telah siap disajikan. mousse akan lebih nikmat jika disajikan dingin.

      @@MakingDessertssorry, i have tried it but sadly it didn't work because the egg yolk mixture became too dry like wet sand texture, which makes it hard to mix with the meringue. The meringue became deflated😞 Sooo in the 2nd try, i made sure i actually follow your steps and it went well! Thank you so much for the recipe.😍

      Hi sis! It because the butter is coming out from the dough.. make sure always freeze it (in the freezer) before roll the dough..so the butter will be set inside the dough.. croissant is very tricky with the butter inside.. good luck sis ! 🫶🏻

    We take waffles seriously in our house czcams.com/users/postUgkxUfphIgghPSpAXNq6OG2WRYsFVqylcqMn and worked our old one through many years of Sunday brunches till it finally gave out on us. Our old one only made two at a time, this one makes four! Nicely sized 1 inch thick which are lovely! Now the kids don't have to wait as long to eat our weekly waffle breakfast and everyone's are hot if we wait and eat all together! Setting 3 seems to work perfect for golden brown. Be sure to pour the batter in the center of each waffle square, not the center of the iron like the novice that posted the scorched waffles photo. About a 1/4 to 1/3 cup of batter in each seemed to work well for us. We tested making just one at a time so we could use all the remaining batter and it made it just as fluffy and golden as when we made 4!
