Rat Locking The Pokemon 2005 Worlds Format

Today I take a look at my Rat Lock list for the 2005 format
Deck Credit and Concept are mine. I do feel it's important to shout out Eric Reed for popularizing Raticate in geeneral, Dan Z which I took some innovation from, and Jason K for creating Camperupt in RS-PK

I mean yes...honestly yes, but it seems more even in this format then RS-PK due to so many decks trying to loop Brineys already.
