- Today I take a look at a Dark Tyranitar/Electrode EX deck for the 2006 format. List was heavily based off of Graham Westby's list with concept credit going to Ross Cawthon (2005) and Sebastion Crema (2006).
Played during the 2010-2012 formats and had a tricky time picking up this deck on tcgone. Would love to see a gameplay video for some insights!

Great list. I love the Jirachi HL, 3rd Mentor and Battle Frontiers. However, I agree with CAL DS that Bombtar can vary by more than 5 cards from this. The core combo is just so strong.
I think you can certainly debate certain cards, but I really do think the format locks in a lot of the list and your stuck within a few cards of this to be optimal. Sure you can run things like Pidgeot, but I really do feel like you need to run it a certain way just due to the format. You can of course debate Frontier vs Stone vs Runes, but at the end of the day I think your basically playing some sort of stadium, same with the larvitars etc.
What do u think about umbreon gold star in the deck?
It can allow u to just hand disrupt them even more and it works well with swoop teleporter
The card is good, but doesn't really fit the strategy.
It's hard to get it after you admin, unless you just draw into it.
"Any Bombtar list should be within 5 cards from this" ???
