  • Turn it up a notch with this strong abs workout with weights OR Bala Bangles! This 10 minute ab workout will have your core ON FIRE just by adding an extra 2-5 pounds. I am using my 2 lb Bala Bangles but you can easily use a free weight dumbbell to make this ab workout burn. Add this core circuit at the end of your workout for an extra abdominal workout or this should absolutely be enough if you only have 10 minutes to work in a sweat.     I loved this one! It packs a punch! How heavy are your wrist weights? I used a 5lb dumbbell for each hand and it worked.

      Mine are only 2lb each. I'm sure 5lbs got the job done!!! hahaha
