If it’s difficult, smell your shirt or skin.... notice what the smell is or what it reminds you of. 1 thing you can taste. This will ground you and allow you to refocus your thoughts. It's so weird for me when 30 y/o date 18 y/o. It just makes me wonder what they want out of a relationship with someone who just finished high school. Drake will be 32 in October and if he really is dating this girl who I repeat turned 18 this year that is hugely creepy from him and I can't believe that people don't see anything wrong with it. I don't have a problem with big age differences in relationships as long as both people are adults and I don't mean just legally I mean mentally true adults.

Travis Hunt CZcams PhD depending what controller you use on switch, it can be pretty difficult honestly. I played on the tablet screen with the joycons attached and it was near impossible for me. I imagine it would be a lot easier with the pro controller with the tablet docked though.
Really suprising to hear about your anxiety. I wouldn’t have expected it. I have anxiety issues myself since about a year. It’s so crippling, and my friends don’t understand it. I’m basically in fight or flight mode all the time and it doesn’t make sense because there is no reason to be anxious at all. Mindfulness helps though.
I was emancipated when I was 16 because I graduated high school early. It’s a pretty complex process but it doesn’t usually require your parents it’s between you and the judge.
