    Can you imagine how many stories there are like this in Southern California? The amount of colored and native people who were ripped from their land decades ago is probably vast.

      You did you're a racist ancestors proud with that statement. Also, true Native Americans are of African ancestry. They didn't look like the Native Americans in the cowboy movies or what you see today as a result of mixing with whites. They were black. You must realize that whites are Johnny come lately to the Americas.

    As long as were going back in time to make things right the Indians would like 200 years of back rent on that property too.

    YOU CAN ALWAYS GO A LITTLE FARTHER BACK AND GIVE TO THE RIGHTFUL OWNERS , THE NATIVE AMERICANS! HOW'S THAT FOR JUSTICE?

      Then let them come forward and claim it. It's their land. We were kidnapped and brought here.
      Also some Natives weren't keen on us.

      The issue with Native Americans is that they were given a deal for reparations, and they chose their sacred and over anything else. Blacks we're never given deals on any form of reparation this property was bought with their hard-earned money and then taken, they got no negotiation ordeals offered

    Why is it whenever black people make an accomplishment to move forward every other minority wants to jump in and say "What About Us" this ain't a group effort if you have a struggle with your race or something then you fight on the grounds of your race don't piggyback on someone else's struggle to get whats owned.

    I'm glad you got your Justice, but a hundred years from now or 200 years from now, you still going to see yourselves as victims?

      Are you a black person? If not, sit down.

    • @ek07305
      @ek07305 Před 2 lety

      Spoken like a truly privileged non-black person. The only way most black Americans are not going to see themselves as victims, is when violation and crime against them has seized and/or property, patents, inventions, recognition etc.. has been restituted with interest. The Tulsa Massacre in Tulsa OK. Where a micro-genocide has happened, the descendants' bones and corpses of these slained people have still not all been identified and some have been thrown into a ditch miles away from the location in a effort to hide the murderers' crimes. Insurance companies refused to pay the family members who had insured their burned homes and their loved ones. 100+ years later the only surviving victims of that atrocities has been called to testify in congress. 100+ years later, and still no justice found. That lady is 104 years old she shouldn't have to wait that long for the government to do anything about a crime that heinous. It's the start of something but understand this, CRIME + TIME does NOT equal JUSTICE. Tulsa unfortunately was only one town we know of, there were at least 22 towns where this happened and people don't know about including you. I am giving you some context for you to be educated on this although it's not supposed to be my job. It should be on you to find out the reality of the problem. Does it mean black people should walk around as defeated people. No of course not. But it's harder for a lot black to get back up when the racism is institutional i.e, loan for a house being refused, or interest being higher than your neighbour, being skipped over job interviews although you have the experience and credentials, passive aggressive comments and statements like the one you made without any context and lack of understanding, people seeing you as a threat and I could go on.
      Have some sympathy and learn more about the struggle black people are going through then make your own opinion. When is the last time you had a conversation about this with black person? Be sensitive.
