    That was one of the best and most concise DIY videos I've ever seen!

    I wish every dyi /how to video went through everything exactly like this top shelf specimen. Hell yeah, hope you are able to monetize tf outta your content if it’s all similar to this. The length, pace, captions, camera angles, timing and lack of annoying voice over, explaining confusingly what the video clearly provides on its own…. All set this as the new standard

    Thank you so much just did the front pads on my 98 Corolla. Had a hell of a time getting the old pads out they were all rusted and crappy. I live in the north east so it’s expected. Only thing I didn’t see in your vid is the little clip that goes on the inside for wear indicator.

    3:18 Is there any workaround if I don't have this tool to compress the caliper piston?

      @BigJoethib Před 2 měsíci +2

      yep you can use a c clamp, that's what i use to depress the piston back in the caliper

    Hey I’m about to attempt this, what do we use to lube the new brake pads? thanks so much for the video!

      Hi! a high temp caliper brake lube they sell small packets at Auto Zone if you don’t wanna buy a whole tube it can be expensive in the larger sizes, I use the 3m silicone paste in the video description. And obviously just on the metal parts of the brake pad backing, try not to get it on the pad itself :) thank you for watchIng!

      @@Linguist95 ...Smart idea to replace calipers whenever replacing pads so surfaces will mate to each other, it's standard practice for me.
