    These videos shorts are Gold.
I'm currently recovering from a brain dis-ease and have been doing the Feldenkreis eye movements as soon as i wake up. It's uncomfortable and "weird" compared to before all this "began".
Your exercises incorporating the eyes and therefore, the whole are Fun and i Feel that I'm actively participating more in the healing process.
My whole body sings and sighs as Breath/Light/Ether actually Flow. That's a happy memory and Body loves it.
    Thank you!

I find your videos get better & better to inspire. Makes so much sense and so much to keep working on to improve running, walking, and for instance keen to see if long-standing neck pain both my wife and I have may gradually resolve with disciplined application.

Very deep and rich topic, thanks for sharing. What are your thoughts on shaking aka vertical shake aka bouncing?

Not sure I am exactly sure if there is a specific vertical shaking technique. But definitely vertical “bouncing” is a very critical part of being a healthy human. For digestion, lymphatics, bone and joint health and on and on

How can I get to the point where I can comfortably sit in the position you are in? I tried it for a few days and it was not possible to stay in it for long. I’m having a bit of knee pain now 😅 Thank you, and I hope you enjoy Paris!

Lift your seat up so that your knees bend less. Stack cushions or pillows under your butt.
The. For ankles let them hang off the cushion your are kneeling on

Will do. The battery in the microphone was running low and I was too time pressed to record again
